Blender is free, and you don’t need a license to use it. Just download and go, and put it on as many computers as you like.
The only applicable license is the GPL (and Blender License), which dictates what you must do if you modify the Blender program itself, but whatever you make with the program is yours to do with what you please. You don’t have to credit or acknowledge blender for your creations, but it’s always appreciated.
The older Blender 2.25 contained a game engine that has been disabled in subsequent releases. There may be some licensing issues involved in what you are able the game engine, but that doesn’t affect what you do with your models, scenes, or renders, and has no bearing on 2.28-2.31a (current version).

Otherwise the licence is GPL and the use of Blender is free, as in ‘freedom’ (a synonym of French accordingly to the good senator, but I don’t want to confuse you)

Just download it and use it. Be careful to follow the flow of updates (4 to 6 official a year or so and lots of snapshots (very recent changes in the source) if you like that kind of sport.)
