Sailing a mercurial sea - WIP

Ok, this one has sat on my hard drive for many months, I could really use some help.

What I am trying to do is complete he model with some sort of cabin for these airships, once I 've got something I plan on filling the alien sky with these things, adding mist, even putting some logos on the sides…

Anyway, I’ve tried just about everything I could think of to construct the cabin… extruded squares, skinned nurb curves, blocks, etc.

Nothing seems to fit with what I have thus far.

Any suggestions?

Hmm, I would design a cabin and attach the turbines to the cabin - in my opinion they look weird if they are aiming down like they do now - and they seem to be closed on the rear side, which also looks strange - but who knows what these aliens are developing ;).
