This is one of my old designs in ( Jiad Studio ), the building is now finished and all sold 
it was modeled in Blender 2.4 , i rerendered it in 2.68 BI .

It looks alright, but there are some things i dont understand.
Most of the columns are not holding something.
The windows with balcony have a reflection and curtains, but the other windows only have a blue diffuse. Or maybe they are part of the decoration?!
on the top floor, some of the balconys are getting light from above (like there is a hole in the roof)
The trees have no earth ground (they grow out of the sideway)
As a Background Building it’s fine, but for closeup it’s a bit too simple on the ground floor. Best part for me are the Balcony details, which fit good to the building.
May i ask where you sold it? or was it a contract?

About the light of the balconies & the trees , i forgot to show a couple layers,i opened the old file and rendered it immediately, sorry about that .
The columns are for decoration , at the begining i added arch to connect them from top but didn’t like it .
About the other windows , well i graduated from faculty of Fine arts ( Graphic design ) section , there we study art + principles of design.
my father is an Architecture , so when started Jiad Studio i mixed between art & desing, the results that i wanted was not a perfect detailed building but a piece of art just look at it like a dream dont look for detailes.
About the last question, Capital company for constructions contacted us to design the prochures for ( Capital Elite ) the design they give me was bad
so i told them not to spend money on that & made the new design for them , they then called it ( Sary Capial ) i then was a partner in the construtions.
Your new design is quite an improvement over what you started with. Good job. Is this building going to be actually constructed somewhere?

Well never mind i was just curious if they are only decoration or if maybe a floor is missing.

You did what you wanted :-). It looks like a interesting building. I dont wanted to annoy you, i just have an eye for details, because they make the diffrence between something interesting or boring.
just imagine, if you dont used the columns and instead of the balcony details you just have used straight bars.
i like how you changed the sharp edged buidling to something with more shape and soft edges.
