I think I saw this on a tutorial somewhere, but I can’t remember which one. I know I’m going to make cleaner topology meshes for my models later, since I just need to rig them for some quick projects right now. I wanted to know if I could save just the rig, and import it later to a version of my mesh with a cleaner topology later. I’m not asking how to get around skinning an armature that already has constraints and such, I don’t think that will prove impossible, and it’s a question for the Rigging and Animating forum, anyway. This is just about saving one part of a project. Sorry if this has been asked a lot already! I am ignorant! lol Just asking here in case I get a quick answer, and backup explanations, since not all sources are thorough in explaining certain important details.
So every .blend is it’s own library… Guess I really am a total beginner with this program.

I should probably read ALL of that site before I carry on!
