Hi, I was wondering if there is any way to render a scene without forcing the graphics card.
I’m not worried about the time, do not need to render fast, I just want the graphics card does not get too hot.

cpu render?
If you have amd card, you could try adjust vcore voltage and clock speed from the radeon settings so as to not run the gpu as hot, if NVidia - you would have to look towards using something like the MSI Afterburner. Otherwise as @Daedalus_MDW pointed out you could use the cpu to render with(asuming you are talking about cycles and not EEVEE).
Note that I can’t confirm that either of the GPU options would work on a laptop.

Set desirable temperature and click on Priority button.
Boom! Card won’t boost if set temp is exceeded.

Good Airflow in your Case should be enough.
My GTX 1080 never gets over 65°C.
