Scale all faces in edit mode individual

Im making blocky terrain in unity. I sculpt then I remesh to blocks but I notice all the blocks are slightly different sizes. Is there a way to select all faces on the object and make them all equal in size?

When you say you remesh to blocks, are you using the Remesh modifier?
