Scale many objects/group of objects proportionally

Hi, I would like to know if somewhere exist plugin, or I can do that in Blender, to scale objects like: ‘The higher the position of the object is, that object has smaller scale’. I think about option similar to ‘taper’ in ‘tree curve generator’.

aahhh… I’m dumb: I’ve selected every branch and that’s why It do not wanted to scale proportionally xd
so: pivot point: Individual origins and select the ‘lowest’ branch
