Scaling the Duration of an existing animation...

Is it possible?

The thing is that I have two existing animations that I dont like. One is 10 seconds, and moves way too fast. the other is 100 seconds, and moves too slow.

Is there a way to re scale these so that they last 60 seconds (1500 frames @25fps)

in the IPO window, change the curves to key display, select them all, and then S for Scale them and move your mouse up/down to scale all the keys relative to one another.

its one of the neat things about Blender, called transference. once you learn how to scale vertices in a mesh, that action is transferable to lots of other kinds and groups of objects, like Ipo curves.

Or you can do this in the action editor
