Scaling to whole units

Hi,

there is the one function i somehow run in all the time. Scaling to whole units (not proportions of them)
If i want the red circled value to be 10,000 there is no way i can narrow that down with grab and shift, neither can i just scale a certain amount of cm.

Is there any plug in or trick which could enable a better measuring capability?

S -> click (or Enter), then input ‘0.1/0.15648’ for the scaling factor in the operator panel (or F6 window). A bit cumbersome, but should work.
