Scene Orientation Transformation

I apologize in advance for my lack of knowledge regarding this issue. I’ve gotten data points from google earth that I’ve tracked but my orientation is kiltered and hundreds (sometimes thousands) of units away from the origin. It actually seems to be tracking properly, however…my model was created using blenders native orientation so aligning them to the camera view is problematic. Is there a way to reorient the tracking data so that its blender-centric.

I’ve uploaded a video of the imported trackpoints. The orange empty is one that I manually reoriented and ideally would like everything to transform everything so that this empty is at the origin and the x and y axis appear to be level with the earth.
