Scene tiny in the middle on the HRDI lighting

I am trying to light a scene with a HDRI and use same as background. However my scene is very tiny in the middle of the HDRI. Is there is means to match my camera to the DHRI camera to get realistic proportions between the 2 of them ?
Nothing seems to work: scaling, moving etc…
I appreciate your help on this

No. The hdri will always be infinitely far away. The only way to change it would be to reshoot/rerender the hdri from another camera position.

How do set the same picture as a background then?

You can try to make a (hemi)sphere and map the HDR on it. Make sure to uncheck casting shadows on that shpere to not block the light coming from the HDR environment.
