A try out with some tools:
- boxcutter: used the cutter option where each cut is added to the next cut. this became the main frame
- Kitops: kitbashed a lot , good fun!
- quick shot: for the animations, however it’s not always predictable what motion path it takes… needs some suggestions to CW I guess…
A classic neon style lighting, basic materials and bad lighting 
PS: comments welcome (I know, bevels are not all there, a glitch is seen in the vid, etc)
