Bake out a low poly modular level assembly kit, put the pieces on sketchfab
with PBR

doors, T junctions, X junctions etc

Sell it on a modeling site.

could see this in a AAA deadspace type game.

I don’t really sell alot of models, but I think you can sell on Sketchfab now

I am not good as a game artist yet*

Turbosquid and 3dsquirrel
