Screw modifier at less than 360 for solid object


I’m modeling a two part foam sleeve for work. As you can see in my image the two halves are not solid, which I want them to be. The sleeves are modeled with a single edge profile and a screw modifier at 180d. I can’t come to any conclusion on how I can make the two halves solid. I chose to model it with modifiers as I’m making an animation where it’s important that as much as possible is non destructive.
Any ideas or tips? :thinking:notsolidobject
