[Script] Projeting Faces and Edges

The script is a little alike retopo, except

  • the structure to project is in a part of the mesh in the same object
  • you can only project along the x,y,z-axis
  • the projection is integrated to the target-faces

Material-indeces are also projected, this can be very helpful to identify the projetion on the target.

Normals are not recalculated, i am to lazy for that, just press ctrl+n.

Sometimes, when a point is projected to an edge, there can be errors in filling algorithm - sorry for that, didn’t find the reason for that up to now.
