script to load external images

Hello, I’m newbie and my english is bad :frowning:

I would know if my idea is stupid or I can work on it.

I want create a 3d image of a room with posters (2d) on the walls.
But, with a script I would let the user changing the poster, adding external images… and setting in my script coordinates and size.

Is this possibile? Or is a stupid idea?
