Hello I need your help. I never been using script.

I try to download this tutorials from Andrew Price Blender Guru how to make a http://www.blenderguru.com/create-a-shattered-glass-title-animation/ and when I press “Download the tutorial from here” I get something like a script

Can you advice me how to convert this to a real tutorial.

Thanks Richard. I made my own example of this exploding text. But my project start with solid text at frame 1 and explode at frame 250.
Is there any way to change/flip direction to do the opposite way.
