in my own workflows, it’s import/export scripts (many of them) …and Fiber 3 (will be)…
but that’s my case…saying which are best depending on each one needs/likes, would not be fair, imho.
All add an special important feature to Blender.
Max, Maya, have a great aditional power with scripts, same goes to Blender, imho. Are not the same packages without them. It’s part of the comunity help…
