Sculpt Mode - Stroke / Smooth Stroke, how to use it?

I activated Smooth Stroke but nothing is happening.

I see a line appearing while I’m dragging the mouse from the point I start, but when I release it there’s nothing new.
I have tried different values to no avail, and the info on the tooltips or this Blender Manual are not helping
Am I missing something?

Oh, never mind!
The one thing I did not do before was to reduce the Factor values. Now with lower values I can see the results :wink:
