Hey everyone! Im completely new to blender and doing the legendary donut tutorial. I was almost done with the first level, until suddenly my sculpt tools are just…gone? I just added the composition denoising nodes, but forgot to save. I opened up the file again and poof! Sculpt tools decided to have enough of me. I tried to “Append” my file, but it says it isnt a library. Anyone know the answer?
Your image shows you are in Object mode. You are in the Sculpting Workspace but have switched mode to Object. Use the dropdown just above the Tool panel top left to switch mode.
I swear on my everything that the other modes were not there a second ago but hey there are now! Thanks for the quick response btw! Now i can finally finish off my donut.

All the Workspaces are are shortcut way of setting Blender up in terms of modes and window layout and a few other things. Being in the Sculpting Workspace doesn’t prevent you from exiting Sculpt mode and switching to something else. I almost never use them. I’m in the default Layout mode 99% of the time. I just switch modes to whatever I need and rearrange things on the fly.

Sculpt mode will not appear for metaball objects. It is only available for mesh objects.
Convert your object to mesh, then you will be able to select sculpt mode.
