Sculpted retopo'ed head

Some jaw and lip adjustments.
I’m not yet sure about what to do with the triangular quad between the lips and nose.

i think it would work out fine if u deleted that face, Ctrl-R on the faces above the gap, and then connected the one edge in the middle to the new line of edges…

make sense?

Oops, I forgot to mention that I want to avoid adding more faces if possible.
Making a loop cut with Ctrl-R would work otherwise.
Thank you for responding though.

After looking at some human faces, I ended up pulling the top corner down and merging it with the middle bottom one.

I’m redoing the ears so that they will join the head.

Rotated the ears. Something is still not right about the ears. Maybe they are too big.

i would suggest getting a refrence picture that will really put proportions into perspective

Is this a male or female depending on the side view it is female but front view is male.?

I think you are right. Looking at more reference pictures will help me here.

The sex changed along the way. I sculpted a male head, but I changed my goal to making a female head.

Here’s a current front view:
