Sculpting mode and object mode

Good day,
I am working currently on one of the tutorials and the problems is then i finished the character on edit mode and edited it in sculpture mode, and switched back to the object mode, the character turns to be the same as in edit mode…
So how i need to save the same poly count and make animations with it?

In the multires modifier you have set the Preview subdivision level to 0 but are using a subdivision level of 3 for sculpting. The preview level is the level you see in object mode https://www.blender.org/manual/modeling/modifiers/generate/multiresolution.html
