After reading Robert T’s procedure for his philosopher sculpt, I decided to copy his metaball sculpt tool technique. The figure’s position is based off a figure drawing I did a while ago. The rock texture is a procedural I made from a photograph. This shouldn’t really be a finished project, because it’s kind of shoddy at places. I think I might redo the hair later, but I don’t think I’ll have time to work on it over the next few weeks, so here it is!
umm i dont see the nudity tho…but a really nice piece…
Looks good. Very nice, in fact. The only tiny problem I can see is that her left shoulder seems too thin and pinched–our left, not hers. Even considering the fact that since her arm is extended upwards and back, the back half of her shoulder might be sunk below the surface of the stone, it still looks like there should be a little more there.
EDIT: And now that I’ve gotten over it, I can notice the rest of the picture, which, I’ll have to say, is great. Nice pose, good texture. The atmosphere is lovely.
really a genuinely nice piece.
Super unique and very original. I like it!!
N1. Did you made it “only” with sculpt mode or did you manipulate some verts the old way ?
Like the texture,too.
You dont need to write nudity to increase the clickcount
haha nice title…NUDITY(SORT OF)
I see nipples, there be nudity, sortof.
I like it, though there are places where the proportions are a little off: her upper leg in particular is very short compared with her torso, but I like the ‘unfinished’ look of it; it would look better though if it seemed like the sculptor had not yet taken enough material in certain places rather than too much.
dude if ur popular wit girlz…nipples aren nudity…if u know wat i mean…;)…
Very nice. It has a modeled out of wax look - the shape not the texture.
