Seamless Procedural Texture Baking

Hey guys,

Does anyone know if it’s possible to bake procedural textures without creating seams?

I know if you unwrap the mesh you can bake the texture and paint the seams away later, but I was just wondering if there is an easier way since a procedural texture can be applied without the use of a uv map. Thanks in advance guys! Cheers.

Procedural textures are 3D textures. To bake them it has to convert them to a 2D texture, and so you need a UV map to map the 2D texture onto the surfaces of the mesh.
