Searching for people to become the part of the team

Hello everyone!

I’m especially interested in connecting with aspiring 3D artists who are still looking for their first opportunity in the industry and are serious about building a career in it.

We are currently looking for 7 new team members: 5 Blender artists and 2 animators.

The Project

We are developing a story-driven horror game built around atmosphere, symbolism, and visual metaphors. Horror is important to us, but the goal is not simply to scare the player — environments, objects, characters, and disturbing imagery are meant to support the story and its themes.

The core concept and story are complete, with only some dialogue still being finalized. Several gameplay mechanics are already implemented, and production of the first 3D assets has begun.

Experience & Skills

You do not need to be an experienced professional.

Technical skill is valuable, but for this project, motivation, creativity, reliability, and a genuine desire to make something are more important than an impressive portfolio.

If you are still learning Blender or animation but are willing to improve, ask questions, accept feedback, and work consistently, you are welcome to reach out.

We will learn together. If you don’t know how to do something, we will figure it out together.

Deadlines

We do have deadlines, but communication comes first.

If you run into difficulties, need more time, or something simply does not work as expected, we can discuss it and adjust the schedule together. Problems are much easier to solve when people communicate openly.

Communication & Passion

For us, two of the most important words in this project are support and passion.

You can always reach me through messenger or a call if you need help, feedback, or simply want to discuss something related to your work.

The main thing I am looking for is someone who genuinely wants to create and wants to be part of the process rather than simply complete assigned tasks.

Global Team

You can be from any country.

Language is not a barrier these days — we will find a way to communicate. I am not a native English speaker myself!

No AI-Generated 3D Assets

While we use modern technology when researching and solving production problems, the models and artistic assets created for the game will be handcrafted by people.

Compensation & Legal

Revenue Share:
Our current budget is reserved for later production and post-production expenses, so we cannot offer a fixed salary at this stage.

Instead, every participant receives a 5% revenue share from the project’s future income.

Intellectual Property:
Your work and contribution to the project will be formally recognized and protected.

Contracts:
The company has not yet been registered in order to avoid unnecessary expenses during early production. It will be registered during the later stages of development, and formal agreements will be prepared according to each team member’s region.

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to become part of a small team building a game from the ground up rather than joining after most creative decisions have already been made.

You will be able to work on real production assets, collaborate with other developers and artists, receive feedback, solve practical problems, and build experience that can later become part of your professional portfolio.

Most importantly, we want this to be a team where people can learn, experiment, make mistakes, improve, and create something they are genuinely proud of.

If you are interested, take some time to think about it and feel free to reach out with any questions.

Let’s create something memorable.

Hello. How can I contact you to learn more?

Hello! You can reach me on Discord: artyom_cool
or by email: artyom.krosh@gmail.com
I’ll be happy to tell you more about the project either in writing or over a call, whichever you prefer.

Hi Artyom, I saw your Blender Artists post about the story-driven horror game.
I’m currently learning Blender and I’m looking for my first opportunity to work on a real team project. I’m still a beginner, but I’m willing to learn, take feedback, and work consistently.
I’d like to know what kind of Blender tasks you currently need help with and whether there is a suitable role for someone at my level.
Thank you!

Hi Artyom, atmospheric horror with heavy symbolism sounds like a really compelling direction. I model environment props and assets in Blender and would love to make a free prop or atmospheric piece for your build to see how it fits the mood. Hit me up on Discord (antinarrys) or email (roman.zbor.uk@gmail.com).
