Searching for that Blender Add-ons manager Add-on (Simple Tabs)

Hey guys!

A while back I found a Blender Addon-manager.
But I forgot its name and now even with google, I can’t find it.

Can you guys help me find it?
It showed like a red round button in the left top of the 3D view port if I remember correctly

Found it.

It wasn’t a Add-ons manager, but a Tabs manager.

(Some other examples include Horizon Panels, Clean Panels and N Panel Manager.)

But i found the one I was looking for, and also was searching for free solutions
