I hope this is the right place to post this. About 5 years ago i came across a program that was called Kids Playground. You could install it on a win98 and under system and configure it to allow the user only access to certain programs. If you could help me that would be great. I’m trying to get it for my dad so he doesn’t have to worry about the grandkids, mainly my kids to mess up his computer.
Well, Macs used to come with At Ease… 
You could probably find your program at ToysRUs, Zany Brainy, or any other large toy store.
