This is good, but the one thing I see wrong, not to sound like a critic, is that there are a lot of shadows.
Nice, a bit basic in modeling and animation, but nice.
Lightning could be better, and… what’s that grren stuff :o

i think thats the rope, s68. oh and by the way, the rope should not cut into the car as it falls… %|
And should not look like a picewise-straight line, and not that thick and… :Z
Stefano
er…yeah…ok…
its…nice. You might want subsurf on that “rope” too.
Shoot, I knew I forgot to do something on my recent re-rendering of it! Okay, so I didn’t realize it at the time, I just realized it…
(Takes notes to not use shadows as much in future animations/renders, and to go a little over just the basics in modeling.)
I guess that blurring it either covered up one error or that you guys just didn’t look closely at the bungee cord. (Yeah, that’s what the green thing is.) At some points, the bungee cord jumps around a little because I had some RVK problems. Also, I wish I could have inserted a guy pushing the car into the canyon (that’s how it is in the movie–the guy isn’t THAT nuts) and that I realized that I could have at least given the car some back windows… Of course I was in a hurry, so I didn’t think too much of it.

“Grren?” You DO mean “green,” right? And what lightning? You either mean “lighting” or you want me to use your lightning bolt tutorial.
Thanks for the criticism, guys. Hopefully I’ll keep it in mind next time I do something publically, like my secret project with Skontar… for secrecy’s sake, I’ll leave it at that.
Green and lighting I meant ![]()

I have seen 3d animation on the news that wasn’t as good as this. Give the kid some credit, he is only 13 years old and is not working for CBS news, have a degree in animation, and making $80,000/year. Not bad.
Why does the rope go through the car? Wouldn’t it pile up on top of the car and burn?
Pooba
Now, when bungee jumping, always remember to tie the other end of the rope to something sturdy, 'cause if you don’t, you’re gonna have a bad time…
…not bad
…and S68, i just realise that u are an adminstrator…lol…with a mustache :Z
Give a person enough rope…
I liked it. Thanks for sharing.
