Your model is very impressive, love how clean the Sega Genesis poly look and the controller. are you modeling the A/C Adaptor for the console ?
Sorry but I have the Model 2 and it’s the Asian version that I bought new in 2010.
…I was too pour to have a Megadrive version1, when I was a kid! I did pitched it to my family and even Santa Claus but never happen until 2010. It’s PAL but also runs Japanese games, so actually turned out to be the best version I could have asked for. And it’s Stereo 
The controls are from the Megadrive v1 because I find the one that comes with the model 2 way too small. These days I have the 8bitdo ones tho https://www.8bitdo.com/m30/ that are the best of both worlds, very comfortable and wireless.

Hi!, thank You, it´s very motivational to know someone likes my work. I try to use quads from the very beginning and avoid poles as long as I can.
I am thinking about modeling a Golden Axe or Castle of illusion cartridge and the cables that are missing but if there is someone interested I may model the ac adapter, Bye for now.
Hi there!, Your console looks as pristine as my renders, as it was new!, I think that the model 1 where more interesting in it´s looks than model two, I once had a model 2 controller and a sega master system joystick and I was amazed those worked perfectly with my amiga 500, I could use 2 buttons of the genesis pad with Apydia a very interesting amiga 500 shoote´m up, Glad I am not the only old timer here, old games had some magic, many games now are missing, best regards friend, Hope to read You soon.

I enjoy both classic and modern single player games… but I hate online gaming like those endless rpgs.
I also like more the Megadrive version 1 design. Once I bid one but lost it in one of those last second bids.
I grew to like the one I have and still works and looks exactly as new
I have 10 games for the Megadrive, Sonic 2, Golden Axe 3, Streets of Rage 2, Eartworm jim 2, Comix Zone, Pitfall, Shinoby 3, Spot Goes to Hollywood, Pier Solar and Paprium… I just really wanted The Ooze to complete my collection, but its super rare and expensive.
I also had an Atari clone with almost 200 games including the famous E.T.
Wow! You Have a great collection there!, I had revenge of Shinobi and Shadow dancer, those days that kind of games took their time to be finished. I am really amazed about how careful You are with your stuff. Things for me were really difficult to get, I’m a rich person but I never had much money and all that I did get was by working hard. I’m also trying to transmit the importance of keeping things preserved for the next generations.
This looks fantastic! It makes me want to boot up some Streets of Rage 2, Sonic 3 and Knuckles, and some Ristar.

Hello, I am at about 40% of the game cartridge finished, it is not as curved as the gamepad or the game console so I hope to have it finished by tomorrow.

Hello Rogper!, Nice to hear You are doing well now, Some of Us lack money or wealth but it is obvious in this case You and I too enjoy things in life that have nothing to do with that.
Happiness I guess is in our ability to enjoy things, be it playing an old game or buying something fancy.

I´m Really happy You liked it. 
This work is almost finished, it has been very taxing and sometimes not as fun, but the good memories are worth it.
More than a month later the job is almost done, still some things missing, the control pad cable for instance, anyway, I hope You like it.
