I just wonder how to select loops, it takes so long to select them manually.:stuck_out_tongue:

Select one edge.
Then, CTRL+E, 7
Or select edge loop.

Try using Alt+RMB

Another way is press Alt and click the Loop with the mouse.
And with Ctrl+Alt and clicking you can select Faceloops
