Hi, So I have this model. It is a solid object with a hollow interior. Unfortunately, my walls arn’t thick enough and I don’t think I can use the solidifier tool. Would it be best to select the interior vertices and move them inward? If so, how would I go about doing that?
You could separate inside and outside mesh in edit mode by hiding some loops which join both parts. On default Monkey mesh that would be loops around eye openings. Then you could select inside vertices separately using L select and Alt-S scale inside only in face normals direction which probably would do what you want. It is possible that there still are some artifacts and that you need some manual corrections after scaling. At least Suzanne does, unfortunately.
