Selective rendering of baked physics

When I have multiple simulations (fire) in my scene and bake it, all simulations are backed together which is convenient. However if I want to render only one of the simulations and not the other, the baked simulation will be used containing the data for both.
What is the best way to avoid having simulation in my renders that should not be there? My guess is that I could not bake the simulation and let it be calculated at render time.
