I want to create a fluid object with semen-like characteristics, so can anyone help me on making that kind of material in Eevee?

Generally, it’s easier to create something if you can narrow down and quantify the characteristics you’re looking for. For example, if you wanted to make “honey”, that’s rather vague; but a “very thick viscous translucent liquid with particulate suspension, amber colored”- now you have a bunch of small things you can work on one by one 
so… what exactly are you looking for?
I ask just because the physical characteristics of semen actually vary considerably based on the hydration and nutrition of the emitting individual and the heat and humidity of the emitted environment

Yes… to be honest this “liquid” in the video looks more like snot… 
… well… but i don’t can thing of the illness that snot might be from… 
… hmm according to the greenish slighly emmiting light 
… it must be some atomic radiation !!
No seriously… this may be solved in:
- the artistic way or the
- the scientific way
But for both applies: re-trying it a dozen times until it looks right… in your point of view…
