Sequencer blur in 2.49 or 2.5x?

Hello,

Is there any working plugin to do blur effect (with IPO controlled intensity) on sequencer in 2.49 or newer versions?

unfortunately, I have only a 32 bit linux binary available…

BTW: it’s for 2.49- only. 2.5 does not support sequence plugins.
