Set up shortcuts for mac help!

Hey there!

I cannot set up my Shortcuts for my Macbook. I struggle with the basics. For example I cannot use the shortcut for Maximize 3D Viewport (Full-Screen Mode for the 3D View)

Ctrl plus Spacebar

PS: I am a newbie

What can I do or which settings should be enabled?
Please help

Hi and welcome to BA,
if you already checked that the proper key binding is enabled in Blender preferences then it could be a conflict with an OS shortcut. I’m not a mac user but if that is the case you need to change one of the two.
