Set y as up axis?

I am used to working with Y as up axis, hower, blender has switched the Y and Z so Z is up and Y is forward/backward.

I tried searching the forums found no answer, is there a simple option I can set to just switch the Y and Z axis, because this really messes with my head.

If its only visual thing, in font editor, load droisans_final font and swap Y and Z characters.

Is there a way to truly change this?
I’m coming from C4D, Maya, ZBrush and MODO and Y is always up.
Trying to get into Blender but the fact that it goes against virtually all industry standards is making it very hard and cumbersome - especially when you have to switch back and forth between different applications, as one commonly does in production.
