Setting a .blend file as background Blender 2.8x

Hello everyone, I have created a star field in Blender. I want to load that star field as a background for other scenes I create. In the world settings, I see options for images and shaders, but nothing for blend files. Is this possible? Thanks

Do you mean that it.s a world environement you want to load each time you start.
In that case save it as your start file in file menu.
But backup your start file to avoid factory reset.
