Setting blendshaped controllers like most rigs of maya rigs..

hi guys stuck in “drivers”.I tried to set up the controller for blenshape control like most of maya rigs have.I created four blendshapes and wanted to apply to the transform channel of the controller that is bezier circle as shown in image_1.I have shown the shapes i created in image_2 and in image_3 on left hand side the curves with naming,problem occurs in setting up properties of the drivers.What should i do to specify the z and y axis min. and max. properties so that four blend shapes take place in four corners and nice blending of them can be obtained.I have attached my .blend file too.
