Setting key frames for different layers

Hi all,

Hope this is the right category of the forum to post this question. But im just wanting to know how i can make a second layer containing a model appear half way thru an animation? and disappear again later. any ideas?

Animation forum is the correct forum…use Ikey>Layer to jump from layer to layer.
