I need to run a script that needs modules only in the full python so I installed the full python and it still doesn’t work
From reading the readme I found that I have to set the system variable PYTHON to the full path to the stand-alone Python executable
But the readme doesn’t say how I would do that, please help =]

If you are on Windows you need the version of Python Used to compile Blender.
For Blender 2.48a this is Python 2.5.2.
there is no need to set environment paths any more, Blender will automatically find Python.
You can supply more information on the script you are needing to use,
there may be some answers there too.
