Setting the cursor/axis point/centre point of object?

Hello can someone please tell me how to reset the centre point
in the 3d window or how i can set it to the centre of the object im
working on

In Object Mode, Editing context (F9), Centre/Centre New/Centre Cursor. C Key will center the 3D view on the cursor.

For moving center point object, there is only one way : Mesh Panel, 3 buttons : Centre, Centre New ( move the center to center ), Center Cursor (in edit mode select one vertex, shift S , snap cursor to selection ), leave edit mode and press Centre Cursor.
