Settings voronoid/cloud texture for displacement modifier

Hi,
I need to set up the texture for displacement modifier to look like the Shaun the sheep toys. Its my first time experimenting with voronoids. As I’m gonna model number of object for 3D print, it would be fastest way to have generated the displacement by voronoid or other of these maps. So far I’m not happy with the result, so any advice for the right setup would help.
