Shader for good eye reflections?

I keep trying but the reflections are always tooo dull, but if I crank those up too much, then the iris underneath the lense becomes darker (using caustic-less glass).

Any ideas for this?

Perhaps a mix of a transparent shader and a glossy shader would work better?

Would you happen to know how I can make it so that only the reflections show through?

You mean so the eye material doesn’t darken so much?

You can increase the intensity of the glossy shader by adding it to itself via the add shader node, then you can get away with a lower mix value with the transparency.

Well that only took 15 glossy nodes.
Scratch that, don’t need quite so many…
