Shading Issue

Hi Everyone,

I have this crazy issue with the shading, somehow the shading is a mix of flat and smooth shading and I can’t make them consistent smooth.

I’ve tried to flip normals, calculate normals, clear the custom split normals (that were empty anyway), tried to find double verts or faces, checked for planar or non-planar… basically everything I could think about.

well… got it eventually! drove me crazy this one and the answer as always too simple.
I didn’t apply the scale… how silly
