How do i get the light to go through my leafs and cast a glsl shadow on the plane? Please explain it easy and not with all kinds of abbreviations.
Real-time alpha shadow does not work with the standard versions of Blender. With activated Clip alpha you can only cast a shadow from the mesh. On graphicall.org is a Blender 2.55 version that supports real-time soft and alpha shadow http://graphicall.org/builds/builds/showbuild.php?action=show&id=1525. But you can bake a static shadow map.
