Whats up! I’m Michael P. Ford. ‘Evolution Media Group, Pacific’ & ‘Happy-Sad Digi-Tale’ L.A.-Beach side.
I’m Producing/Launching 3+ Shakespeare feature’s in 3d, preferably Blender, maybe some C4d… (But Why really?).
“Hamlet”, “Romeo & Juliet” & then another & another…
Will record in English, Russian, French, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish…probably Arabic & any other I ought consider.
Its pretty simple… a few characters, a castle or 2, occasional exterior fields, sometimes a house. Alot of arguments & a couple, few sword fights. Its great material w/ global Apeal.
CHARACTERS- I want them to look like living renaissance/fresco paintings. Old style oils w/ ocasional cracking patches/edges (because its cool) SETTING… Its a Castle, I want it beautiful & mostly realistic/high res. I envision alot of flickery fire/candle light… & I’d like to have a good sence of Depth threw out all the “Cinematography/choreography” LOCATION & EXTERIOR… I like the idea of artsy water color wash painting, skies & far trees. Not Photos,… This stuff will be composited as a different layer so it will look like something out of good 2d animation. **A lot of emotional facial rigging, & fluid character interaction is whats needed.
This is new start up/ground floor. I got a bunch of experienced, Shakespearian stage performers… & multi lingual talent interested in doing the Voice Recordings. Putting together Kickstarter/indigogo.
I’m an A.D. by trade, I mostly shoot live performance. TV, Feature,Commercial,Corporate. In the 3d world I can turn a mesh cube into a textured brick, & a smooth sphere into a lemon (I’m That good)… although I enjoy lerning… I’m seeking the help so I can handle the other producing responsibilities, It would take me 2 years to finish this myself.
This is totally for real, Best case- we get Global Theatrical distro… Worst case, NetFlix, Amazon & Cable TV (I will distro to all the free movie sites myself)
Get at me w/ your thoughts/rates/requirements [email protected] or [email protected]
** also ‘working up’ more feature projects & an episodic TV comedy… Got a bunch of material written.
Thanks & Best Wishes,
Michael Patrick Ford.
