Shape Action dupligroup offset don't work

Hi, I animate some blade of grass with the shape key and add a shape action actuator then add it to dupligroup. When i add the group object and change tis time offset it don’t work. Is this a bug or i did it the wrong way

sorry I don’t know about this, I’m rather new to this. But I’m also using ShapeKey actuator, how did you add time offset ? are you doing it from python ?
