Shape Key Editor search/filter not working?

I haven’t been able to get the word filter working in the Shape Key Editor ever since I started using Blender in 2.8. Is this a bug for so long or am I simply doing something wrong?

No matter what string I enter, nothing seems to happen. Any ideas?

It is not working for me to, so i guess its a bug. Maybe you report this here: https://developer.blender.org/
