I’m currently setting up shape keys for a character’s face and I’ve run into a problem; the eyelashes for this character are large, cartoony, and a separate object. What would be that best way to move these eyelashes with the deforming done by the shape key? Merge the two objects? Bones?
it all depends on how they move, in a straight line? does it curve? There are many ways just depends on your situation. if straight i would just merge it into the object and use shape key. If curved you may want to use multiple shapekeys or a bone.
I figured it out. I merged the two meshes and moved the eye lashes with the eye lid.
