What do you think is better, using edge loops to control the sharpness or sharpening (forget how to do it in Blender, but I know you can sharpen without using edge loops)?
Personally, I prefer using edge loops.

I like loop cuts much better. It’s up to your preference, and the application. Does it need to deform?
